Termite Coverage
This policy covers any and all extermination costs for subterranean termite infestation if or when needed during the warranty term.
Warranty Package F.A.Q

No! There are no deductibles or service fees. For roof leak or mold reimbursements, the consumer is responsible for the first $250 of repair expenses incurred. The program reimburses them for the balance up to $3000.

Yes! Homeowners are able to choose what contractors / companies that they choose to submit estimates from.

Major appliances that are inspected and found to be free of defects are covered. This coverage is without limitation to age!
