Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice and all inspection details — simple and seamless from the start.

Our licensed inspectors evaluate the interior, exterior, attic, crawlspace, and any attached garages. Most inspections take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the home's size and age.

That same evening, you'll receive your detailed report by email. Findings are categorized by severity — from informational notes to major safety concerns — in an easy-to-read format.

What Makes a Great Inspector?

In South Carolina, a home inspector is licensed by the Residential Builder's Commission — requiring 50 supervised inspections, a 120-hour course, and a final exam. Because the state does not mandate continuing education, many inspectors stop there.

That is not the case at Carolina Premier Inspections. Our founder and lead inspector, Bob Wiggins, regularly travels out of state for advanced continuing education to ensure our team is at the forefront of industry standards.
